eliphas, napping

Trying to hibernate

I was right a month ago: The christmas lights are on, and it is still raining.

Despite the fresh weather, I'm premanently tired to a degree that I only know from summer's heat waves so far. I fall into bed, completely brain-dead, before midnight, and when my alarm rings 8 hours later I'm unable to get up. After 10 hours of sleep, I start approaching sentinence, go to work and are ready to keel over after four hours or so.

Of course, my arm hurts (though not as much as ten days ago), which makes sleeping difficult -- every time I try to turn around, I wake up a little -- but I feel that that's an insufficient explanation.

Two beta readings to do, heaps of stories to finish, and all I can do is stumble around like a zombie and not have a single clear thought in my head.

I probably should go to the gym, but as my arm hurts, I don't know if that's such a good idea.

Cat news: Little Cat has licked off the silver paint. Fur is considering making a comeback.
